It’s January 2021 and we’re planning for our wedding in August. At the same time, there’s a global pandemic going on. Despite the rollout of various vaccines, it’s a slow and expensive process for the government and our NHS, so there’s a fine balance to be kept between optimism and vigilance. Another national lockdown just began yesterday, for at least 6 weeks. We remain hopeful that we’ll be able to get married, as planned, this summer – but if we need to reschedule then we’ll communicate that as soon as we know. And hope that you can all make it on the new date.
That’s plan B, of course. We really, really want to get married in August if at all possible! Keep your fingers and toes crossed for us – oh, and stay safe and healthy, of course.
